Our deliveries are sent via DHL or by post. Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days. If you need help finding information about your order, please contact us.

How will my order be delivered?

Normal in-stock items that are ordered before 17:00 will be shipped the same day the order was received. In most cases, delivery is within 1–5 business days. Your order will be sent via DHL or by post.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders greater than £29; otherwise, shipping is £4.95.
