How do I return an item and what does it cost?
If you would like to return an item, please contact us and you will receive an email with additional instructions. If you are returning an item during the normal return period, you are responsible for the return shipping. If there is a fault or defect with the product or some other similar issue for returning the item, we will pay for the return shipping. Returns are subject to a fee of 20 £ which will be deducted from your refund.
Can I exchange a product?
We are unfortunately unable to provide exchanges on fulfilled orders. However, you can return an item during the normal return period and then replace your order for the desired item.
How can I make a complaint regarding a faulty or defective product?
If you experience any issues with a product, please contact us for more information and we’ll do our best to help you sort it out. Remember to always enter your order number, the article number, and the customer name on the order in the event of a complaint. Feel free to take a picture of the item as it will often help us address the issue faster.
How are refunds handled?
All refunds are made through our payment provider, Klarna. If you have paid your order directly such as with a credit card, typically the money will be refunded through the same payment method.
Do I have a right of withdrawal? What is the return period?
As a customer, you are legally entitled to withdraw from your purchase for 14 days. In addition, Hambedo AB offers an open purchase period of 30 days. During this period, you have the right and opportunity to inspect the item before returning it. For additional information, please see our terms of purchase.
